by Eleven 28. March 2014 14:22

The Utah Parent Center was established and still operated by parents with children who have special needs as well. They work on a model of peer-to-peer support helping parents learn how to advocate for their child, provide helpful resources, and support from parents who understand. All of the council given is tailored to the needs of the children and the parents.
