Each year, thousands of visitors flock to the Sri Sri Radha Krishna Temple for tours, festivals, live animals and a new perspective of the world around them. The 19th Annual Llama Fest will be held on July 20th, at 5:00 p.m. Events such as Llama Fest are open to the public and allow members of the community to interact with new cultures, ideas and experiences. Daily tours of the temple and its grounds include the 15-acre farm with llamas, peacocks, cows, parrots and other animals. To learn more about the Krishna Temple and its events, click here.

Great music can elevate the human spirit. The Utah Symphony Guild strives to foster, promote and facilitate the operation of the Utah Symphony Orchestra financially, socially and educationally. The Guild's Music Outreach Program provides disadvantaged youth with stringed instruments and private instruction from experienced musicians. The Music Outreach and other programs help to give students and families throughout Utah an appreciation for classical music and the arts. Springville Art City Days celebration is filled with fun for the entire family. The festival was voted “Best of Utah County” by Daily Herald readers for each of the last three years. Art City Days has a myriad of activities and events for all ages, and most are free to the public. There are concerts, contests, parades, carnival, fireworks, hot air balloons, children’s art festival, and so much more! The mission of Salt Lake County Library Services is to make a positive difference in the lives of customers by responsively providing materials, information and services at community libraries located throughout the Salt Lake Valley and/or via the Internet. This year the library is featuring a summer reading program which encourages readers to "Dig Into Reading." The summer reading kickoff party will be held on Saturday, June 1 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Viridian Event Center and Veterans Memorial Park in West Jordan. There will be free live music, entertainers, activities, exhibitors, a giant inflatable playground, train ride and crafts for the kids.
